Pam draws upon 25 years of research and teaching the effects of stress on mental health to help organizations prevent burnout and promote a culture of well-being.

Pam earned a PhD in Neurobiology and Behavior from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Her research has been published in the peer-reviewed journals Neuroscience and Neurobiology of Learning and Behavior. She is a certified executive coach through the International Coaching Federation and holds a specialty certification in healthcare leadership coaching through the Center for Executive Coaching.
